It is suitable for occasions with high requirements for tower bottom products or liquid phase feeding. The adjustment means adopted is to properly adjust the temperature of the sensitive plate, which also prompts and urges us to reheat the reboiler. For example, when the temperature of the sensitive plate decreases, it reflects that the liquid phase composition XW at the bottom of the boiler becomes larger, and the products at the bottom of the boiler are unqualified, so a signal is sent to appropriately increase the heating amount of the reboiler to raise the temperature of the boiler, so as to maintain the specified value of work W
(3) temperature difference control when the boiling points of each component in the raw liquid are similar, and the purity of the product should be accompanied by 1 generation, when the later requirement is higher, the general temperature control method should not be used, but the temperature difference control method should be used. The temperature difference control is designed according to the principle that the temperature change of two plates is always much larger than that of a single plate. This method is easy to ensure the purity of products and is conducive to the selection and use of instruments
