Zoje's products are single piece, small batch, customized design, and tens of thousands of design drawings. There is no unified standard for traditional CAD software drawing, which results in that the drawings designed by an engineer and other engineers can not generate reports for the products of the drawings, but can only be counted by the designers. Marking the cumbersome details and reports has become the bottleneck of the design. Enterprises do not have the link of drawing and document management. They mostly rely on the file tools of the operating system to realize drawing and document management. When there are many user files, the management is extremely inconvenient and not intuitive. The information query method is single, and it is not convenient to sort by designer, time, product attribute, etc., so it is not convenient to query the required information. When the design drawings and documents are frequently modified and many versions are generated, it is more inconvenient to manage. implementation steps

the implementation of Zoje's PDM Project is mainly divided into two stages:

In the application of the whole project, Zoje factory has set up a special project team to conduct simulation tests on the design change management module and the design process management module. several months' operation shows that the xtpdm system is stable and reliable, solves the existing problems in the drawing and document management, workflow management and safety management of the plant, provides an information sharing platform for the technical personnel of the plant, and makes the information management to a new level. (3) by optimizing the product development process, the development and design of deformed products are shortened by 15%
